  24. Yes, it would be very unfair to compare the *cost* of IIS and other free http
  25. servers with commercial ones. If You only compare cost the freewares will
  26. always win over commercial apps. To be fair You also have to take the support
  27. and maintaince cost into account when considering freeware stuff.
